Gluten Free Flour Mix for Cakes, Muffins and Cookies

2 cups Brown rice flour (extra finely ground)

2/3 cup Potato starch (not potato flour)

1/3 cup Tapioca Flour

1. Mix all together well.  If you can’t find extra finely ground brown rice flour, you can place regular brown rice flour in a food processor and process for awhile.  This will help get rid of the gritty texture.
