Parsley Hummus

1 clove garlic
½ cup packed fresh parsley
15 ounces garbanzo beans
¼ cup sour cream
3 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons sesame oil
½ teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoons grated lemon peel
1½ teaspoons ground cumin
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Mix all together and blend in food processor until smooth.
