Luncheon Lentil Soup – Vegan

28 ounces vegetable stock
2 cups water
1/2 cup lentils
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cabbage
Place all ingredients except cabbage in a soup pan and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Add cabbage and cook another 10 minutes.
