Gorgonzola Cheesecake

1 cup ground walnuts, divided
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
½ cup sour cream
1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola
¾ teaspoon pepper
Heat oven to 325°. Spray springform pan with cooking spray. Grind 1/2 cup walnuts and spread on bottom of pan.
Beat cream cheese in a large bowl. Add eggs. Stir in Gorgonzola cheese and pepper. Spread in pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Cool and garnish with 1/2 cup toasted walnuts.  Serve sliced with crackers.
