Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

2 quarts chicken broth
2 bay leaves
1 pound diced cooked chicken
1 onion, diced
4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1-2 cups cooked wild rice
Bring the broth to simmer, add bay leaves, meat, onion and potatoes, thyme, salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add rice and simmer another 10 minutes.
