Banana Cream French Toast

This French Toast is so good you don’t need any syrup with it!

1 loaf french bread sliced 1 inch thick

Egg mixture

8 eggs

1 cup cream

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 mashed banana

Brown Sugar Topping

2 cups brown sugar

1 cup oatmeal

1 cup Grapenuts cereal

1/2 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup molasses

Spray a 8×12 baking dish with cooking spray.  Spread out bread in a single layer.  Blend together the egg mixture ingredients and pour over bread.  Let set for 30 minutes.  Mix together the brown sugar topping and spread over top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.  Let set 10 minutes before cutting.
